(JEWELRY ITEMS ONLY) may be exchanged or returned within 30 days your order was marked as “delivered” if the 30 days have past since your orders delivery date we cannot offer a return or exchange.Shipping costs are non refundable. (Please note we don’t accept returns on custom jewelry items) For all jewelry based items, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product shows signs of wear,uncleanliness or such we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by CARISA LUXE regarding returned jewelry products are final.
